Launching a national movement using pensions to build a better world

How Quietroom helped shape Make My Money Matter.

We worked with Richard Curtis to found the Make My Money Matter campaign. We helped to:

  • persuade the team to focus on pensions initially
  • shape its theory of change
  • clarify what changes it should aim to effect
  • map out the pensions world
  • identify who the campaign could influence

Quietroom’s lead consultant Caroline Hopper spent 9 months embedded in the Make My Money Matter team. She worked as the campaign’s resident pensions expert, supporting on the creative side and heading up partnerships. Quietroom remains a partner to the campaign, which has already reached 19 million people.

Our film about the emotional power of responsible investing (above) has featured on the campaign’s homepage since the beginning. It’s also been shown at events worldwide, including at the UN.
